If this provision is identified to generally be unlawful or unenforceable, then neither Social gathering will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling in that portion of this provision observed to generally be unlawful or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be made the decision by a courtroom of knowledgeable jurisdiction throughout the courts shown
